Tableau Tuesday: Tia and Cote's Wedding

I have known the bride, Tia, since we were in elementary school.  When I found out that she didn't have a photographer, there was no way I was going to let that happen.  Tia and Cote were married on a windy October afternoon right on Long Lake in Naples, Maine.  Cote, the groom, is an outdoor enthusiast, so the camo pattern was thrown in as an accent to their fall colors.  Even Tia's bouquet was camo!  The ceremony and reception reflected them and their love perfectly.

Tableau Tuesday: Miss Fynn at 9 days

Little Miss Fynnleigh was born in July 2012, but I have known her parents since our freshman year of college.  We were all so excited to welcome Fynn into the world, and I was honored to be invited over to their home just about two weeks after she was born.  This girl started playing dress-up very early in life, and while a few tears were shed, she made the most adorable faces!

Tableau Tuesday: Miss Mae at 4 Months

After waiting and waiting and waiting, little Miss Mae made her entrance into the world!  Once again, Sam and Jennah were lovely enough to have me over to take some new family photos.  It was a gorgeous spring day, so we played inside and outside.  Mae even sported an outfit knitted by one of her grandmothers!

Tableau Tuesday: Sam and Jennah Maternity #1

Sam and Jennah have been great friends since I began working at the high school.  When Jennah asked if I would take some maternity photos for them as they anxiously waited for their baby girl, I jumped at the chance.  We met at their home on a bright, sunny day and played around with different rooms and lights, as well as their loving dog Holly.  We also wanted to make sure we got a picture of the special Valentine's Day flowers the future maternal grandfather had given the baby with a beautiful baby blanket from another member.

Tableau Tuesday: Amy and Jarrod

Amy and Jarrod were my first ever clients, and they were the ones who inspired me to branch out really to gain a greater list of clients.  I taught and coached at the middle school with Amy from 2010 to 2011 before they moved to Texas and I moved to the high school.  We got together on a super cold afternoon in late November 2011 to take some family photos with their adorable pups Portland and Athena for their holiday cards.  They were such troopers as we marched around a pretty vacant Christmas tree lot and apple orchard in Auburn, Maine.
